Approximately 97% of our revenues come from the state and federal governments, so their actions have an enormous effect on us. Watershed is officially out of Statutory Operating Deficit (SOD), the school district equivalent of bankruptcy. It’s worth noting that we came out of SOD one year ahead of schedule.
